How much do we charge?

We realize that times are tough and most small businesses aren't able to keep permanent full time staff, but the administrative tasks still need to be completed! We will professionally handle your tasks and you pay only for the work that is done!

Our prices vary according to the type of project and the skills/technology required to complete your task(s). We offer discounts for long-term contracts and retainer services. Our hourly rates range from $20 - $60 an hour. We have a minimum one hour contract.

All clients are required to sign a contract prior to our beginning a project.
Clients are billed weekly for hourly projects and monthly on retainers.

Why use a VA?

When you hire us to perform a service, you pay only for the time and service you require and use. We handle your business remotely from our own offices, therefore eliminating overhead, taxes, benefits, and training.

Each of our clients is unique, therefore, if you have a need for a one-time project, we will provide you with a quote based on the complexity of the project and estimated time. We require a deposit on all projects prior to the work being started.

Communicating with us is fast and easy. Projects are communicated mostly by email, but can also be sent via fax, mail, or telephone. Simply email, fax or phone through your job specification and we will do the rest!
